3-11-2008 2:30 PM ALL OF HAMILTON COUNTYS EDACS SYSTEM IS DOWN FAILD FOR SOME REASON Some trafic heard techs working on it.

System back up techs working on it Carmel fire doing radio checks and role call now and PD the same.

After yesterdays radio outage they are still haveing some issues today with the system users not being able to hear or getting system busy back on ther mobles and ht's
