It appears that Harlan County is using the NEXEDGE standard digital system. I'm not familiar with this type of system but I don't think there's a scanner that can monitor this type of system.

i appreciate the info. i did find out today they had gone digital but i had no idea the were using such a type as that. i have never heard of that type either. i had been trying to get it with my gre and uniden digital scanners but not having any luck . guess thats why. thanks for your info

If they are using NEXEDGE digital, there is no scanner that will receive it. Unfortunately, Many Kentucky agencies are going to NEXEDGE.
