Harris Radios

I recently purchased an ex-Chessie System Harris radio from a surplus auction. It reminds one of a motorola PT-500. Anybody have any information on these radios?

At one time, GE and later on Ericsson were suppliers under contract to Harris. However, it would not surprise me if Motorola was also on their list at one point. In fact, some of the NOAA All-Hazards Radio transmitters had the Harris name, but are in reality GE/Ericsson Mastr II and III base units.
