Havre MT Police

Anyone know if havre MT police frequencys are encrypted or not?
In the RR database it says they are digital, but are they encrypted?

Not sure about Havre, but back in late Oct. Lewis & Clark co. had only a few cars that had encrypted. Hope others will reply.

When I was there last summer, they were not encrypted.
