Hello, does anyone know what this HCFA dispatcher is saying, it sounds like she's saying cold stone triage or something along those lines. If anyone knows what she's saying and also what it means I would appreciate a response to my question. Here's a link to my imgur post with the audio file. Thanks

HCFA is Heartland Communications Facility Authority.

In that audio recording the dispatcher is saying "call still in triage".

"Triage is the prioritization of patient care (or victims during a disaster) based on illness/injury, severity, prognosis, and resource availability."

The dispatcher likely was still assigning (triaging) resources/units.

ohh, okay thank you. I really thought she was saying cold lol. For HCFA triage it's letter triage right? such as alpha being the most non life threatening level then delta being extremely life threating

It will depend on the agency. Some agencies use Omega (lowest priority) while some don't use it. It goes Omega, Alpha, Bravo, Charlie, Delta and Echo (cardiac arrest).
