Help for a friend

I have a friend of mine who lives in gwinnett county georgia and he own's a psr 600 by gre and i am looking for someone in this area that uses a 600 with psr edit software that can e-mail me a bin file so i can get him up and going?Any help appreciated he is wanting gwinnett and surrounding counties i could do it from here but i think it's best to get all the good info from someone who is familiar with this area..

I hope he didn't get the radio to listen to Gwinnett for when they go digital. They will be encrypted. Thank the scanner gods that there is plenty to hear on P-25 and analog. I haven't been bitten by the PSR frenzy bug. I use a Pro-96 for the digital in the metro area. I don't know if psr edit will handle a Win96 copy and paste.
