Help needed Uniden scanner programming

I just purchased a Uniden BCD325P2 scanner and have programmed scanners before for trunked systems but this one is pretty much impossible to get done. I have some talking out of it but I'm only getting half the conversations. Any help is appreciated in getting the proper settings for this system...
