Help Needed

Hello. I Am A Newbie To The Site I Have A Bearcat Scanner And It Was Unplugged For A Month Which Some How All Freq"s Was Erased. I Re-Entered Them In The Scaner . Seems To Work Okay But When I Hit The Search Button I Get A Error Message?? Why Is That?? It Used To Search Out Everything Until It Found Something To Listen To Then I Could Either Continue To Monitor Or I Could Hit Hold And Listen To What Ever Was Being Said. But Not I Can't I Really Miss The Search Feature. Any Suggestions?? Thank You.

What model of Bearcat scanner? What exactly does the error message say? Can you please reply not using a capital letter to start each word? It makes your post very hard to read.

You probably need to set your freq limits that you want to search. Ex:451MHz to 460MHz.

Right now their is no range limit to search.

They were probably wiped out along with the freq's you had programed into the regular scanning banks.
