help programming Burlington County TRS into BC796D for Ocean County area

i have a BC796D mobile mount using magnet antenna...i am trying to program the Burl Co TRS into it...i live in toms river and also work in So Ocean County....what would be the best RPTR site to use...i have also done the base config and no luck...also using the chatsworth site freq...

Make sure you have all 3 base configurations programmed. You should (not guaranteeing) hear the East (Chatsworth) site, there is not a lot of traffic on there. Try the North East (Pemberton) zone, carries more traffic. The Warren Grove site should be on line shortly, but that probably won't carry a lot of traffic. I'm able to hear the North East zone into Lakewood.

Manchester main operations are in the clear, detective channels and couple of tactical channels are encrypted along with a channel called "Secure" units switch to this when they don't want "sensitive" information put over the clear air.
