Is it possible to have RR program my 106 on line? I want to have the AWIN system, the local emergency freq's that aren't on AWIN for 50-75 miles out from Sebastian County and aircraft freq's.

Yes. I use PSREdit500 and import from RR you have a Premium Subscription to import from the data base. makes programing a snap.

OK. RR doesn't program the scanner. Programming software does. Win500 is my choice. It was made available to you when you joined RR. You would import the frequencies and trunked systems into the software. Saving it as a file. Then with the USB programming cable (with the latest drivers loaded), you would plug the stereo cable into the side of the radio into the PC/IF port. Not the earphone plug on the top:) Then clicking on the 'scanner tab' on the top of the software, click on upload to scanner. Done, and done.OH, yeah, press scan.
HTH,
Larry
