Help with Nellis TRS

I have a 396 and looking for some quick help on programming this system. Do you have to program all sites/frequencies and when you set up the 396 do you set it up as a conv P25 system or Moto UHF system. Any guidance is appreciated.

I used the sites found on the following website: http://www.dreamlandresort.com. I programmed each system as a different system in the scanner. I then selected 3 of the sites that gave me the best reception. I live on the Southwest side of the valley and get the best reception with sites 1, 4 and 10. If you notice my previous post post about Nellis, I am still trying to tweak the scanner a bit.
