Help with SYD TD-790

Ok, I just got my hands on a portable radio and need some help with it. I dont know much about it. The front says STD TD-790. I need help finding the manual on how to program it. It has UHF freqs in it already. It has the full key pad on the front also. Can someone help me find out how to program it?? I am new to this kinda stuff. Thanks in andvance.

Question on website reference!

How can we get the manual for this radio in order to reprogram it? We have this radio and we are needing to program it. I have been to the website and it was some help but it is not offering the information we are needing. Have any other suggestions?
