Can someone please help me with programing a bc 396t? I have been trying for three days now with no luck. I would like to set it up for a group of fire only and a group of pd only.

Getting a copy of some software (ARC396, UASD, BCTool, Freescan), becoming a paid subscriber and using the Easier to Read manual will get you going.
