Hennepin County Traffic?

I’m new to the area and have a quick question. I know Hennepin County dispatch opted for encryption and they handle comms for a lot of agencies in the metro, but I’m still hearing activity on the system. What’s left in the clear that I’m hearing?

Here is a link to the statewide ARMER system. Any talkgroup with a Mode of DE is encrypted and cannot be received.

With ARMER you hear the Home county agencies along with agencies from the boardering counties.
Agencies in Hennepin County that run a dispatch center : Bloomington, Eden Prairie, Edina(Richfield), Minneapolis, Minneapolis St. Paul Airport, Metro Council Transit Police, University of MN Police, Anoka County, Carver County, Dakota County, Ramsey County, Scott County, Wright County, Allina, Hennepin, North EMS, East and West Metro State Patrol.

St.Louis Park also has their own dispatchers.

They sure do, not sure how I lost that part- St Louis Park runs there own dispatch, currently you can hear the dispatcher on the main but squad and officers are encrypted and all are encrypted on Ch2 and Com.
