I just purchased this radio and can't seem to pull in good reception on HF. As a comparison, I have an Eton 1, which works very well with the outdoor antenna that I have set up so it's not the antenna.
Once I program in a frequency, I'm not sure if I'm selecting the correct settings. The only audio I get is static if I put it on AM, nothing from USB/SSB.
I would greatly appreciate any help as far as what the settings should be. I have the latest firmware update which is V2.10 and I'm using the software that came with the radio.
