I am not sure at which hospital this is for as both are licensed to this frequency, 462.8625 DMR CC 4 TG 4568125 is the parking attendants at one of these two hospitals. I don't hear it often to get enough clues to be able to lean more one way or another.

Are the channels linked somehow as in a trunked system? It sounds weird they would have 2 different frequencies using the same TG at the same location.

Trunked would imply a 2 fx in use. The license shows one. My post is saying that at two different hospitals/health care centres are using the same fx but are isolated from each other in the sense of different radio systems.

It's definitely just straight up DMR so I am not sure right now why this is setup like this.. In the past too I have also noticed the 401 TG on McMaster U MC's frequency of 451.71250 as well.

So update.. I haven't seen any key ups at all on their 454.2250 TG 401 since before November started that I am aware of but they are still active up on 462.8625 TG 401.
