OP: The last time I observed their comms they were using PASCOM 1 with the 100.0 PL, same as the fire dispatch channel. That was years ago so my info may be outdated.

Police Fire and EMS are switching to Bergen Counry Communitations any minute now. Not sure if DPW included.

Try 158..8950 which is PASCOM channel 2 I remember they go- there a few times when 158.7600 gets busy
UPDATE: I JUST came across this when looking for something else!
Based on the fixed and mobile output I figured it may have been DPW(public works) related, sure enough it is!
When you look at the contact on the FCC link it says "ATTN PUBLIC WORKS"
I'll be monitoring for tones and submitting to the database once confirmed.

151.0475 is what you would want to listen to. It shows as a Repeater, FB2. Its very low power, only 3 watts so you will need to be relatively close by to hear it.
