Hooksett PD, on and off Encryption

At 10:33PM two nights ago (November 8) Hooksett PD dispatch had every radio go encrypted on their P25 frequency. This was only temporary and they were in the clear the next morning. Did anyone hear what happened prior causing this changeover?

I didn't. But I suspect that's why they went to encryption. They selectively use it as needed, but as a general rule do not want to use encryption unless necessary.
