How Do I program a SC230 to make it trunking

How do I program a SC230 scanner to make it trunking? I am looking to put in some starcom frequencies Any help would be appreciated!

SC230 will not do Starcom, as Starcom is a digital system.

Pro 96 or Uniden 396 needed for Starcom.

Answer: You don't. Purchase a scanner designed for scanning. The SC230, while a fine scanner, can not and will not trunk track.
