How do I program trunking in WIN97?

I am trying to program Massachusetts State Police A Troop into my PSR-300 via Win97 and am unsure where to enter the control frequency of 860.9875. I have programmed it in my Uniden BCT15 fine, but can't seem to figure it out in Win97. I think I have the Trunk ID's in the right spot but can't figure out where to plug in the control frequency.

The way I have it now, I can scan the bank, if I plug it in over at Bank 02 Chan 00 - I get the constant static

Put it in the frequency column.
Make sure to set the channel's Rx Mode column as well.

Oh that's what I didn't do! Set the Rx Mode.

I even remember seeing Mot when I was plugging in my conventional frequencies.
