How do use TRUNK on PRO-90

I've got a PRO-90 scanner and it has a trunk feature. I dont understand how to listen to anything trunked? I push the "TRUNK" button and all I get are the bank numbers (1-10) at the top flashing. How do I use the feature? I lost my manual.

This is one of the first Trunking scanners. It will not trunk and scan conventional at the same time. It is a pain to get it into trunking. I can not remember the sequence of keys to get it into trunking. I had to program one for a friend. I believe that their is a site with simplified instructions for it also. It is the same as the BCT 235 XLT by Uniden also.
