How to apply for additional feeds

I'm a current feed provider and would like to add a second feed but the Feed Request Form states:
"NOTE: This application is for new feed providers ONLY and should not be used to request a feed be added for your location."
What is the process to request an additional feed?

Ignore that note, it's poorly written and incorrect. That Feed Request Form is the correct application to use for adding a second feed to your account.

That sentence has to be rewritten, it makes absolutely no sense whatsoever in its current form. What it should state is:

NOTE: This application is used only to apply for a new feed, either by first time providers or current providers wishing to start an additional feed. This application should not be used to modify an already existing feed. Please use the Manage My Feed page to make changes to an existing feed.

The intention of that message is to prevent listeners from filling it out like a "request line". Listeners believed if they filled it out then a feed will magically appear for their area.

Well it makes a little more sense in that light, however it is still quite confusing to existing providers looking to add an additional feed to their account. I've seen you audio admins have to answer that question from existing providers quite a few times around here "How do I add another feed?". It's probably time to change the wording of the note. Here you go, this ought to cover everything. :wink:

Thanks for the feedback Richard. I was in the process of balancing the audio across this feed and my FD feed when you posted your message. I did notice that the Newnan PD dispatcher has very low audio compared to some of the units in the field so I'll try to find a happy balance. I'll be tweaking the audio and hardware layout over the next few days. Any and all feedback is appreciated.
