How to Customise my Sdr#?

i want to make my Sdr# to look like this but with the yellow part being blue, how can i do it?

I don't believe color customization is possible (the way that it is with SDRConsole) without the use of third party plugins but I could be wrong. Looks like at one time there was a spectrum colorizer plugin mentioned in a thread here but it appears to have since been removed. There's a dark mode skin available here but I'm not sure that does anything with the waterfall display
