DSDPlus How to merge data from RR into DSD+

I have a lot of data in my .GROUPS file but I want to merge in new data from RadioReference. I know I can download the current .GROUPS file for a system but how do I merge it with my existing data? For example, I have several talkgroups that are of high interest to me. If I download, copy and paste the data from the radioreference site I loose my high interest tags on my current configuration.

Additionally, if I could import into say excel and sort and modify that would solve my problems but I cant seem to get that to work with out adding a bunch of quotes around everything. Example:

P25, 92006.00A,201,50,Normal,0,0000/00/00 0:00,"[Deer Valley] Deer Valley Metro"
is converted to
P25, 92006.00A,201,50,Normal,0,0000/00/00 0:00," " "[Deer Valley] Deer Valley Metro"""

Back up your groups file. Add the RR data to the start of the groups file. When DSD+ reads the file, it should see your tags after the RR tags, so it should end up using yours.
