If it is a trunking system your Yaseu Vx-5 may not trunk. Unless the freq is a Conv channel than it could be sql or dcs or csq=open tone.

Trunking is a system that one freq that is called a control channel. You can use up some many talk groups to it instead have 20 freq's channels. If you are in Hong Kong I'm not sure how that works over there. You can listen in on that radio but not able to track the talk group(s). There is scanner(s) will do digital/analog 800-900 systems. Depending on what scanner you get you most of them you can do by key programing or by computer software.

Here is a example on the 800 trunking system

Thanks again Bravo14, I will go out to look for a scanner, hopefully that can be use.
I checked the scanner database for Hong Kong Airport frequency. they don't have any talk group(s) in the list. If I success scan the talk group(s), I will update the database for other user.
