HP-1 Sites Sub Screen

I was wondering what the different colors of the highlighted sites mean. I know that when I lock
out a specific site it is ORANGE, but what are sites that are RED, and sites that have NO color mean ?

In multi-site trunked systems, the Sites sub-menu shows 3 things. Black background ones are those within the congruent range of the site and your HP-1's range setting. These are the ones the scanner will attempt to receive. Red ones are outside the range circles of the sites and the HP-1's range setting. Orange ones are permanently or temporarily locked out by you using the Avoid function.
