this article has your counties you will travel through in order. state patrol most of the way across is on our 800 P25 system ARMER as is Olmsted and Murray Counties, everything else along the way is Analog VHF.
Also keep on mind that in MN it's illegal to have a scanner in your vehicle unless you have an amateur radio license, have a special permit, or you are a police officer.
i must correct earlier post. all 3 State Patrol districts along I-90 are using ARMER. 2/3 of them are on ARMER completely, but the Marshall District will not have migrated all the way over until this summer and continues to use a VHF patch.
