Could possibly be testing for interop with Peel and York during the upcoming G8/G20.

I caught MTO Comm Tech's headed up to Huntsville yesterday discussing procedures that need to be written up regarding operations during the G8/G20 in case of an incident.

Sounds like everybody is getting into the mess.
