I guess I'm dumb ( pro96?)

I have programed my pro 96 to recieve aviation freqs on bank 0, channels 1 thru21. Then I went ahead and set up the pre programed freqs to listen to San Diego which is on V-scan2 banks 7 and 8. Now I can't figure out how to get back to just listening to the aviation freqs.Call me dumb but please help.My head hurts from reading the manual.

If you saved the VFolder that you programed the aviation freqs into, simply reload it (PGM/FUNC/PGM).

If you didn't save it and loaded the other VFolder on top of it, then they were deleted.
