i need help with a band plan in livingston mi

i down load the tower control channel but when i load it in the scanner the band plan is blank

Considering you live in Berrien County. Livingston County is fairly aways off from you and that is probably why you won't pick anything up. Unless you have one hic of supermass antenna.

There is no bandplan for MPSCS.

Thanks Rdale because I am not tech person, so I have no idea how band plans work. I guess i better read more about it.
