any one know what happened out there today? my scanner is on the fritz for the past few months and took it in yesterday to be shipped off to get repaired. It was paged out around 12:40pm 11/7/2010.

tractor trailer overturned and caught fire along with several vehicles...VSP asked for with a supervisor once FD on scene. Smoke cloud visible at Wild Wings Cafe in downtown Charlottesville that afternoon. All of this heard on a BCD396T.....
