IC-R6 Pocket beep volume?

I finally have an application for the DCS pocket beep paging function. After setting it up however it appears that the beep/ring volume is pathetically low even with the audio at a reasonable level. Is there any way to increase it so use it for its intended purpose i.e. to page someone?
