icall

hello does delaware police have icall ive never heard anything with just icall entered but i have the wildcard entered i dont know how but i did it i think. and i see numbers showing on the screen but it seems like its just scanning like it would without this wildcard on. i hear an alert tone. and see the numbers but it just doesnt seem like its an icall. it just seems like regular scanning. please can someone help me on this step by step im confused i have the 996 thands for any help

I-Calls are not used on the New Castle County System. Some on the Kent System

is there a wildcard id for icall on the edacs system?
