Icom: Icom 2720H won’t accept frequency

I am trying to program frequency 151.0025 into an Icom 2720H using programming software (receive only), but after entering the frequency the field blanks out. How can I fix this?

smallest step this radio does is 5 kHz, you would need a step of 2.5 kHz, which is not possible with this radio.

try 151.000 or 151.005, either one should work and they are close enough that you wont notice any difference in reception.

the only hamster radios from the "big three" (not Baoturd junk) is the Kenwood TM-271 and TM-281, they will tune the proper "splinter" channels.
