I have a "European" Icom T70 which in not set up for wideband receive. It currently only receives in the ham bands.
I am aware of a transmit / receive wideband mod which involves opening the radio and removing diodes BUT I only want wideband receive not transmit.
With other radios, its usually possible to enable wideband receive by eg. powering up while holding 2 keys. But I can find no mention of any "key press" wideband mod for the Icom T70.
Is anybody aware of any "key press" wideband receive mod for the Icom T70?
