I'm everywhere Focker!
I'll admit I may have missed it, but does ProScan log the OTA alias on a IDAS/NXDN system? I see it on the scanner display, but only see the actual radio ID in the log.

Proscan can only log what the scanner decodes. Does your scanner show OTA alias? I'm guessing it won't.

Look at the uid logging screen. It should show them there.

On both logging screens? One logs the tg etc as primary the other is uid primary.

I will do a pic of mine when I get free time later today with it logging a NexEdge TRS and show it logging aliases. That's how I was able to I'd TG's on a system here easier. Both the school bus traffic and seeing BUS 23 etc as aliases.

Ok, I found how to show the alias under history logging...or it's just a big coincidence. I enabled "UID before lookup" and the alias now shows in the history logging "UID" column.

While I don't use the software, thanks for posting the solution, so few do that anymore, and it may help others trying to find the same information.

Before the "Best Southwest" cities in my area (Cedar Hill, Desoto, & Duncanville) moved over to NTIRN, they were using a 3-site NXDN system. Seeing the 'UID aliases was a welcome piece of information as to what was happening at a specific incident, and who was calling the shots.
