I took my fire pager with me on a trip from Central Wisconsin to New Jersey and back. I picked up some stuff along the way, but I was only able to locate one other agency using the same frequencies in the Madison area using the RR database.

Any idea who might be operating on

154.38500
154.74000

In the Milwaukee Area? Sounded life Fire Comm. Can't find anything with that Freq for Milwaukee County.

As shown above you were mostly hearing Iowa County Fire on 385 and Stoughton Police on 74

In the Milwaukee area, 154.385 is Milwaukee Fire Dept. and 154.740 is West Bend Police.
