I'm confused...

hey, I was listening to my scanner late at night (1AM) in beaverton, and all of a sudden, there was just silence. ever since I haven't heard anything on the freqs. I have a pro-95, and I have the trunking freqs. for washington and clackmas county. anyone having this problem, and/or know how to fix it? or if there's anything keeping me from being able to listen?

I'm not sure of the exact schedule, but at night, and during other staffing shortages at WCCCA, all of the agencies that are not dispatched on WCSO-1 (64048) get dispatch on CITY-NET (63728 I think). Could that have been the difference?
