They've done a bunch of those videos for at least the last decade even when they were still using the SmartNet system. Some of the videos even include shots from Air 2's FLIR camera. Almost all those clips are available on YRP's official YouTube channel. DRPS has also done something similar. Regardless of being encrypted or not, it's still great for police transparency and public education.
