Indoor Scanner Antennae

I just replaced my BCT15X scanner with a BCD536HP scanner. Works great and I am happy with my choice. I have an outdoor wide band discone antennae which runs into my garage. I am looking for a better indoor antennae than what came with the scanner that I can use while learning how to use and program the scanner indoors. Any suggestions?

You could try a mobile mag mount, place it on a cookie sheet. I was thinking Remtronix back of set antenna but its cut for 800 mHz.

If you have the parts lying about....the wire version could go almost anywhere....

These work very well, and are cheap to build
