This is an update of my earlier list. Some notes:
1. I have converted IsatM2M LES to the standard convention (thought sometimes HEX is used in this service for MES).
2. Note that the LES may be remotely operating an earth station elsewhere to see a satellite.
3. Some LES numbers are used for legacy purposes which is why they may seem wrong.
4. I cannot decode the SBAS (Space Based Augmentation Service for GPS). That information is based on web information and frequency being heard.
5. I know of no available software to decode D+/IsatM2M. I do that by a laborious hands on operation using several pieces of software in weird ways.
