Well, just reporting what I saw a couple of days ago.
A big part of the I-35 in the San Antonio area is being fixed, so there are constant lane reductions, loose gravel and workers in the area. Next to the San Antonio Airport there are also construction jobs, and the ramp that connects I-410 with US-281 is apparently closed.
The I-410 is being closed during some weekends also for construction purposes.
