I don’t see how a 2 segment collinear antenna meets the definition of a collinear antenna.
it looks like a full wave dipole with an open line impedance matching transmission line.
even if yo try to see it as a pair of end-fed half-wave, they are not wired in parallel - one is wired to the coax’s center wire, while other is connected to the coax’s shield
