Is buying the sds100 for lapd worth the money?

I have a bcd436 just want to know ir buying the sds100 is worth the money . I monitor lafd. lapd . railroad, lacfd, barbank

It’s an over kill for LAPD and LAFD. They are not simulcast systems so the 436 is fine. Also the SDS is not as good on VHF/UHF conventional that LACoFD uses. The SDS is good for SBCoFD’s P25 system.

LAPD works fine with my SDS100 along with ICS P25. I used to have the 436 and sold it. Never looked back

My SDS100 has all 3 upgrades so its fun with DMR/NXDN but nothing really locally for ProVoice LOL

Paid $550 for it from a great seller here at RR and was pretty much Brand New.
