Hi all,

"Blast From The Past" !!! I have a Vintage 1988 Galaxy Saturn Base with Lot's of Mods done to it by Earl's Electronics, Bayville NJ at new and I had some really nice years of operating it. Then of course the Internet came along and I also became an Amature Radio Operator and was into 2m and the Old Barney Radio Club in Manahawkin NJ. So, my CB Base was sitting still unplugged for over a decade plus and in recent times, I decided to fire it up. Here's what I found... With no antenna hooked up, no audio whatsoever, on Ch-19 am, the Freq. Counter reads 32.613, both meter lights are dead and that's just the visuals. So, my BIG Question is... Is there a Radio Repair Shop close by to me in Ocean County NJ that I can bring it to and have it repaired ??? About 10 years ago, Earl packed up and moved to Okala, FL Thanks for any help and advice you can provide.

Try this guy on Rt.37. He sells CB and Amateur gear and just started doing bench work. He usually has the cheapest prices on gear around, sometimes cheaper than Amazon.
