Is there any way to enlarge the WinAmp player display to make the Alpha tags easier to see? I have to use a magnifying glass to see them. Common screen magnification doesn't really seem to work. Thanks in advance for any information or advice....have a good one.

Go to the winamp website and look through their skins, find a skin with larger text. Thats how i accomplished it for winamp.

Options, Notifications, Show always, then pick where (Location). If that doesn't get the larger popup to show, goto, Visualizations, Start/Stop Plugin might start the popup Alpha tags for you.

Have you tried clicking on the wave in the upper left corner, mouse down to "options" and select "double size"? It appears you can also do control D.

Confused............

I've attempted to change a number of things. I seem to be lost as to what to do with what.LEt me tell you what I'm seeing... I use the Java option to open the player to get the alpha tags. In the window that pop up there is a player which looks like a radio panel and says winamp on it. As for clicking on anything there is nothing to click on....it does nothing. The windows media player won't display alfa tags, it just shows a mess of cd covers with song titles on it....I'm just lost. If I select Winamp for the player I get the Windows Media player reguardless of what I do. I even attempted to load a new skin to no avail it wouldn't work.

K, if everyone else was like me, we assumed you were using the stand alone program Winamp. I didn’t figure in the choice of the web java player. There is no chance of getting that to enlarge.

If you want to get the free standing Winamp, you can download it for free. Once this program is your default player for streaming internet files, you will not have the problem of Windows Media Player coming up. Once you have Winamp, all the above posts will make more sense.

After several asprin later......

Thanks for all the advice! I did download a free standing WinAmp player, but I couldn't get it to work. No idea why, but it just wouldn't connect with the site. I can't get alpha tags at all now on any player, and it just isn't worth the effort to figure it out at this point. AS long as I can hear whats going on, I don't really need to see exactly who is doing it. It would be nice though if the default web player had that feature. Once again I wanted to say thank you...you all gave good advice.....I just can't follow through on this end...not enough patience. Have a good one.

For free standing Winamp:

Open winamp

Open radioreference live audio page for the county of your chosen service.

Choose "iTunes" as the player next to that service (NOT WINAMP) and then click on the listen icon next to that service.

This brings up a page with a "m3u" http address. copy the address.

In winamp click on file then 'play url'

Paste the m3u url there.

You are all set. You can open multiple winamp players and listen to multiple services by clicking on Options, then Preferences and under general preferences check the 'allow multiple instances' box. Now click on winamp.exe again and another winamp player will open. Repeat the above process for the next service you want to listen to. And so on.
