Is this a result of someone's radio messing up??

This has been going on for at least 12 hours . At first I thought someone was playing around and turning their radio off and on but not for 12 hours straight...lol

It's roughly every 8 seconds, so yeah...looks like a radio that's power cycling.

There is a P25 system here that has some radios that occasionally affiliate about once a minute for hours or days at a time.

Probably a portable sitting in a charger dead or about dead.

It wouldn't be able to deregistrer if it was power cycling due to bad battery or similar?
Could it be forbidden in the system to use that TG at that particular site?

I have seen this phenomenon happen when I tried to configure a system to not allow certain TG's on certain sites, and it couldn't be used due to this logical "bug" that the actual radio didn't understand it was prohibited to use the TG on the site and should roam to another site although the actual radio ID where allowed on the site.
