Isanti County Armer Status

Hi...wondering if Isanti county has switched to 800MHZ system. I do not seem to be picking up anything on there normal freq's. If they have switched can they be heard on Armer or is everything encrypted??

my guess is they have migrated. their ARMER tg's are in the 6000 to 6050 range.

Thanks for the info to those who responded. I see in another thread that Isanti dispatch is encrypted which is disappointing. I am fairly new to this stuff but from what I have seen so far it appears that whether or not ENC is used is a local decision...does not seem to be much rhyme or reason to it. I am using a HP-1 scanner and as such have to rely on entries in the data base for the most part. If anyone has more info on Isanti's Armer config I would appreciate it especially if that info gets into the data base.

Thanks for the update. I am also listening to the same talkgroup now. I have added additional talkgroups 6000 - 6050 to try in determine where some of the other services have moved. Please let me know if find additional Isanti county talkgroups.

How do I program the Radio Shack pro162 to recieve the talkgroup 6014 fir Isanti County Sheriff? The user manual gives me step by step but it must be missing a step because it is not working?

Wade, you are out of luck, the Pro 162 does not do Digital trunking. Only Analog.
