Heard on Tuesday Morning 6-15-2010 around 11:00AM ISDH calling all County Health Departments across the state.This was on talkgroup 5072.Some County Health Departments having problems getting checked into the radio drill.Jay County talking about a thunderstorm on the Jay/Randolph county line causing radio problems.
