Hearing them this morning from my home area, 437.800,145.825, on the 145.825 hearing some type of digital tones

Hi,
145.800 is the ISS FM voice freq.
145.825 is the ISS AX.25 1200 Bd AFSK Packet Radio
437.800 is the ISS FM PL VOICE Repeater

Downlink	437.550 MHz FM 1200 BPS Packet

I had two way contact via the ISS repeater last August. See video.

International Space Station repeater contact between VK6YSF and VK6FG. UHF down-link was with a 70cm Skew Planner Plan antenna and a UHF mast-head pre-amp. VHF up-link was 100 Watts and a 2m Ground Plan antenna.
